Job Description

You Will : Global Go-to-Market

Global Go-to-Market

  • Promote greater connectivity and coordination across our regions and markets
  • Harmonize market-specific go-to-market plans with global growth strategies, brand positioning, and messaging pillars
  • Develop internal communications and knowledge-sharing mechanisms to help markets and regions share plans, campaign assets, thought leadership, and best practices to lead greater global alignment and market impact
  • Promote global strategic frameworks and assets and provide training.

Innovation

  • Identify promising innovation initiatives at the local, market, or regional level
  • Develop commercialization strategies and scale-up plans, in partnership with colleagues across our organization
  • Partner with Dentsu Ventures to define capabilities of interest to CXM, and identify solutions within existing portfolio companies of potential interest to Merkle clients and Merkle delivery teams

Strategy Development and Strategic Planning

  • Help define growth and go-to-market strategies (with an emphasis on international markets)
  • Identify growth opportunities across markets, capability areas, and alliance partner relationships
  • Provide support for a broad range of internal strategic planning processes as needed (may include budgeting, target-setting, market opportunity assessment, key account planning, partnership evaluation, interlock analysis and planning across multiple dimensions of the business)
  • Support ongoing measurement, reporting, and business tracking

Market Analysis & Data-Driven Strategy

  • Conduct research and data-driven analysis to support and make recommendations on strategy and investment
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify our opportunities and threats
  • Help define inorganic growth strategy and development of potential target long lists
  • Support our business evaluation of potential targets and due diligence on active deals

Integrations

  • Support the integration process for acquired entities, from planning through execution
  • Anticipate and reduce challenges
  • Develop commercial and harmonization strategies, partnering with relevant growth and client teams to sustain and accelerate business momentum
  • Work with marketing, communications, HR, and business leadership teams to manage cultural transition, organizational change and related employee communications

Organizational Change and Transformation

Support strategy development, operational planning, and ongoing program management for complex change programs

You will report to CMO, Americas

Qualifications

You Have :

  • 10+ years of experience within professional services, technology, media, marketing, or related fields
  • Broad foundation of general business knowledge encompassing marketing, strategy, technology, operations and change management
  • Experience working in matrixed organizations
  • Experience with international markets, cultural nuances, and global marketing trends
  • Quantitative analysis experience, including Excel modeling (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
  • Experience presenting the results of complex analyses
  • Undergraduate degree

Additional Information

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $136,000-$219,650. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.

Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
