Staff Management SMX is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team and ensure the efficient operation and upkeep of our facility / plant.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities, managing the team, and implementing preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.

Job Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of maintenance technicians and electricians.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure a high level of performance.
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies.
- Plan and schedule maintenance tasks to optimize equipment performance.
- Coordinate with production and other departments to minimize disruptions.
- Establish and manage preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment lifespan.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues proactively.
- Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Source and procure necessary materials and equipment within budget constraints.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment history.
- Generate regular reports on maintenance performance and KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular safety training for the maintenance team.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
- Implement best practices and stay updated on industry trends.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of maintenance processes, equipment, and systems.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and safety standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
