We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager in Santa Clara, CA to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Center and ensure that the organization runs smoothly and delivers efficient services that meet the expectations and needs of employees and management.

You will lead and motivate an operations team responsible for delivering a range of facility, financial, and administrative services and develop relationships with Nissan North America corporate support functions and Nissan Motor Company, Ltd.

Job Responsibilities :
- Lead facility management & office administration to create a healthy and positive workplace.
- Collaborate with the lab management team and directors to improve the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to enhance our collaborative research capacities and business innovation outputs.
- Initiate, design, and implement effective & efficient lab office procedures & workplace transformation activities to foster employee satisfaction.
- Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of the lab operational infrastructure and processes.
- Manage day-to-day activities for smooth and efficient office operations.
- Review budgets and manage operational expenses, prepare financial forecasts, and communicate monitoring reports with headquarters.
- Oversee budget and resource allocation for projects and overall facility.
- Maintain office supplies and inventories, organize catering, and oversee facility maintenance / repairs needs.
- Manage relationships with partners & vendors and represent the lab in negotiations as needed.
- Provide operational support and leadership to the planning and execution of lab events like monthly meetups, media events, executive demos & seminars.
- Motivate and lead a high-performance operations team required for members to succeed in transforming the new lab into a healthy and attractive workplace environment;
support onboarding, engagement, retention, and offboarding initiatives as needed.

- Years of Experience :
- 7+ years of professional experience as Sr. Analyst or Manager.
- Education :
- Bachelor's degree or master's degree in business administration, accounting, or related field.
- Travel :
- Some travel, up to 25%.

Salary Range :
$96,111.00 - $196,581.00
This compensation range represents the minimum and maximum base salary rates at Nissan for jobs assigned to this particular grade level.
Please note that it is uncommon for an employee to be placed at either end of the range. Rather, an employee's actual base salary generally may fall somewhere in between and reflect the employee's unique skills, work experience, education, work location, and market norms.
Additionally, pay may be based on comparisons to the base salary rates of other employees with similar backgrounds working in comparable roles.
