Who You Are
You are a 3-5 year associate with a strong knowledge of intellectual property law including drafting and negotiation experience spanning a wide variety of technology transactions including : Licenses of software, technology and content, software and technology development agreements, and professional services agreements;
Manufacturing, collaboration, and supply and distribution agreements;E-commerce, media and entertainment transactions;Assisting on M+A and equity financing transactions, including drafting of transaction agreements and due diligence of contract and IP matters.
- You have a preferred technical background (, a science degree or computer programming experience) with strong academic credentials in intellectual property, technology and commercial law coursework at a top-tier law school.
- You have an interest in or experience with artificial intelligence is a plus.
- You are able to concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form.
- You have a strong work ethic and excellent leadership skills to help you succeed on our team.
- You are a member of the California Bar.

an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience (including class year); and certain degrees, licensing, and certifications.
San Francisco, CA annual salary range : $260,000 to $365,000
