Description

We're seeking an Director of Sales and Growth to identify new target buyers and upsell to current customers to achieve sales goals.

The ideal candidate is a service-oriented sales expert that can prospect, present, and close deals efficiently. You are a leader in your trade and ready to manage other sales representatives in a team, If you are looking to combine your communication and prospecting skills with your sales experience and sales leadership experience to leverage a more lucrative career in the industry, we want you on our team!

Compensation :

  • Expected First Year Earnings $125,000 - $150,000
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • Bonuses - Depending on Performance
  • Rapid growth potential

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, setting clear objectives and fostering a collaborative work environment
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations for the sales team, providing constructive feedback and development opportunities
  • Show our solution to prospects with sales presentations, negotiate deals, and obtain sales contract signatures
  • Leverage social prospecting and multiple communication channels to find, meet with, and follow-up with potential customers and deal opportunities
  • Convert "no" into "yes" by identifying and resolving potential obstacles such as budget, timelines, shareholders, competition, and other pain points
  • Position us as the clear and obvious choice in our market through competitive analysis and product trends
  • Identify and pursue sales leads, prospective new clients and move them through the sales pipeline from qualification to close stages

Qualifications

  • Experience in a senior sales leadership role within a similar industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a history of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and lead by example
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines
  • Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales
  • High school or equivalent diploma required; industry or product knowledge preferred
  • Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
