Description
We're seeking an Director of Sales and Growth to identify new target buyers and upsell to current customers to achieve sales goals.
The ideal candidate is a service-oriented sales expert that can prospect, present, and close deals efficiently. Compensation :
- Expected First Year Earnings $125,000 - $150,000
- Paid Time Off (PTO)

Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, setting clear objectives and fostering a collaborative work environment
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for the sales team, providing constructive feedback and development opportunities
- Show our solution to prospects with sales presentations, negotiate deals, and obtain sales contract signatures
- Leverage social prospecting and multiple communication channels to find, meet with, and follow-up with potential customers and deal opportunities
- Convert "no" into "yes" by identifying and resolving potential obstacles such as budget, timelines, shareholders, competition, and other pain points
- Position us as the clear and obvious choice in our market through competitive analysis and product trends
- Identify and pursue sales leads, prospective new clients and move them through the sales pipeline from qualification to close stages
Qualifications
- Experience in a senior sales leadership role within a similar industry
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a history of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and lead by example
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines
- Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales
- High school or equivalent diploma required; industry or product knowledge preferred
- Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
