Responsibilities and Duties
- Close sales with qualified leads to generate new business and ensure the clients needs are met.
- Encourage potential clients to buy premium products and close the best possible deal.
- Build customer relationships with existing clients by reaching out via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication to increase the likelihood of them purchasing products again.
- Track sales cycle progress on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure customer acquisition goals are met.
- Use CRM software to maintain a database of current information on new sales opportunities as well as existing customers.
- Assess competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends and identifying sales opportunities.
- Perform special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese at business level is must.
- High school diploma or GED required, bachelors degree preferred
- 1+ year of sales experience converting qualified opportunities in a sales representative position
- Excellent communication skills, listening skills, presentation skills, and customer service skills.
- Working knowledge of CRM software and the sales process.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
