- Be a rainmaker to bring in new business / cases (marketing and networking to obtain your new clients)* Meet with clients, communicate with adversaries, negotiate, and draft various types of business contracts* Provide partners with support for their matters, operating in a team environment* Review and negotiate various types of business agreements, commercial real estate leases, and financing documents and conduct closings Qualifications :
- Juris Doctor (JD) Degree plus admission to the NY State bar* Minimum 5 years experience in Corporate and Commercial Real Estate matters.
