Trustpoint.One is pleased to be partnering with a leading technology company in their search for a Temporary Senior Litigation Paralegal to work on a six-month project.
The ideal candidate will be located in the Bay Area with the ability to work on a hybrid basis in the company's Palo Alto office and meet the following requirements :
- At least five years of prior complex civil litigation experience. Consumer litigation experience is a plus, but not required.
- Experience assisting with or all phases of litigation, including assisting with discovery and preparing for and attending hearings, mediation and trial.
Position requires strong technical acumen and experience working with eDiscovery tools and processes.
- A Bachelor's degree and Paralegal Certificate are preferred, and relevant work experience will be considered.
- A competitive hourly rate will be offered.
All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time.
