Per Diem Registered Nurse, Non-Invasive Cardiac MMC

AHS is currently seeking a per diem Registered Nurse for the Non Invasive Cardiac Services. The selected candidate will assist the physicians in Dobutamine Stress Testing, provide intravenous IV Therapy including IV insertion, and assist with general patient care.

The candidate may also be asked to assist in other Cardiac Depts.as needed.

BSN required; Masters degree preferred. A valid NJ RN license and BLS / ACLS certification are required.

A minimum of 3 years of acute care Cardiac / Telemetry and / or Critical Care experience is required. Candidate will have the ability to utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the plan of care for patients served, through the model of Shared Governance, collaborate with all members of the health care team with a focus on promoting evidenced based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families, demonstrate and embrace the PRIDE core values (Professionalism, Respect, Involvement, Dignity and Excellence) in every aspect of their job, and have excellent communication and computer skills.
