Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Sr Research Associate I

Position type : Full-time Contract

Duration : 6 months and possibility for extension

Location : Foster City CA

As a Sr Research Associate I , you will :

Follow written procedures to conduct GMP analysis using various analytical techniques such as appearance, pH measurement, solution preparations, Fourier transform infrared (FTIR), water content by Karl Fischer, UV-Vis spectrophotometry, dissolution, etc.

• Managing inventory for chemical reagents, columns and perform routine lab cleanup
• Apply analytical chemistry knowledge and learn analytical laboratory skills in Pharmaceutical / Biotech Industry in a GMP QC environment
• Perform liquid chromatographic (HPLC / UPLC) analysis as needed
• Working closely with senior team members and contribute to day-to-day lab operations and organizations

Required Years of Experience : 0- 5 years

Required Degree or Certification : Bachelors Degree in Chemistry / Biology / Biochemistry or related Science degree

Top 3 Required Skill Sets :

Analytical Chemistry Laboratory Experience

Good Documentation Practice (GDP)

Detail-Oriented

Top 3 Nice to Have Skill Sets :

Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

Liquid Chromatography Hands-on Experience

Quality Control / Stability Experience

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS :

Pay Range* : $45 - $47 per hour

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
