The Registered Nurse manages all aspects of the nursing process an the delivery of patient and family centered care. The Registered Nurse has the responsibility and authority to request and use governing and administrative resources, technological and support systems, and multidisciplinary clinical experts necessary to manage and deliver quality, cost effective patient care.

Excels as a staff nurse. Functions as a clinical role model and nursing leader while implementing, developing and evaluating standards of patient care.

Experience : · Required : Minimum of 2+ years experience in an inpatient care. Clinical competence in appropriate area of nursing practice.

Other requirements are dependent on type / current needs of the unit. · Preferred : Managerial and leadership experience is preferred.

Education / Degree requirements : · Required : Completion of a Nursing Degree. · Preferred : BS in Nursing. Licensure, Certifications, or Registration : · Required : Current license as a RN in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
