Senior People Operations Manager
We are looking for a Senior People Operations Manager to help scale our HR systems, programs and processes to provide a world-class employee experience.
This person will be responsible for ensuring that the People Operations function is strategic, innovative, and data-driven, allowing us to make smart people decisions across the organization.
Role :
- Optimize and maintain all people technology systems and tools for HRIS, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Build sustainable processes that empower our employees and managers while also maintaining an excellent employee experience.
- Design and implement key people programs that include Employee Experience, Performance Management, and People Analytics.
- Help conceive and implement Inclusion & Diversity initiatives.
Requirements :
- Minimum of six years of progressive startup people ops / HR experience and two years as a leader.
- Building and ownership of multiple people operations functions.
- Proven track record in implementing and scaling HR processes, operations, and systems.
- Experience building, maintaining and presenting HR data analytics.
- High emotional and social intelligence.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Proficiency in Human Resource practices and California employment law.
Bonus :
- Experience implementing a new HRIS end to end.
- You have experience working in and developing processes in a growth environment.
- You are excited about navigating a hyper-growth environment.
- You are comfortable with both strategic and tactical work.
