Overview
We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and have diverse skills to support our daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operational tasks and ensure smooth workflow
- Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Work with Director of Operations to create a SOP
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
- Provide support in project coordination and execution
- Assist in maintaining office supplies and equipment inventory
Skills
- Experience in Warehouse or logistics administrative or office support roles
- Proficiency in clerical tasks and organization
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
