This role involves both selling roofing projects and managing the installation process, offering you full control over your earnings through effective project management.

No prior construction experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training-just bring a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong people skills.

Key Responsibilities : -Drive sales by engaging potential clients and identifying roofing needs.-Climb and inspect roofs, chalk areas, measure, and confirm all measurements using Eagleview.

• Coordinate with the ordering team and schedule subcontractors for installation.-Manage the installation process, spending 75% of the time on-site, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Meet with clients and installers on installation day, sign off on completed work, and capture photos for documentation.-Make material runs when necessary to keep the project on track.
• Maintain communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.-Utilize project management tools to track project progress, budget, and performance.

The Ideal Candidate : -Self-motivated and hungry for success, with the ability to manage your schedule and earnings.-No prior construction experience is required-just the ability to learn quickly and a desire to succeed.

• A positive mental attitude and strong people skills are essential.-General construction or roofing knowledge and sales experience are preferred, but full training is provided.
• A reliable vehicle (pickup truck preferred) and a ladder (or telescoping ladder) to access roofs.-Ability to climb up and inspect roofing on residential homes.
