A repeat law firm client is seeking a junior litigation attorney to work with the firm's Real Estate group in Austin, Texas.
You will work closely with two partners in representing entities, individuals and property owners’ associations in a variety of commercial and real estate matters, including litigation and mediation.
You can expect to represent associations and developers in matters regarding operational issues, interpretation and application of covenants, coordination of meetings and elections, preparation and review of property use agreements, and enforcement of restrictive covenants and community rules.
This group also works on oversight of fiscal matters like budgeting, special assessments, and maintenance of reserve funds, along with counseling in every phase of community development transition.

You may be a fit if you
- Have 2-5 years of litigation experience
- Experience or an interest in HOA law
- Are licensed to practice law in the State of Texas
- Strong academic credentials
- Able to bill 1900-2000 hours annually
