Job Responsibilities :
- Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of new and existing machinery, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Spearhead research and development initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Provide technical support and guidance to field service technicians, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with engineers from sister companies, leveraging collective expertise and resources.
- Engage in up to 30% travel to support on-site operations and attend industry events.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Extensive experience in electrical, mechanical, and controls engineering, with a strong background in FVD, servo motors, and PLC systems.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience in a supervisory role, with a willingness to take a practical approach.
- Familiarity with the food industry, particularly meat processing, is highly desirable.
