Assured Allies
Boston, Massachusetts, US
Full-time
We are sorry. The job offer you are looking for is no longer available.

Thanks for visiting our Career Page. Please review our open positions and apply to the positions that match your qualifications.

Are you a smart, curious, nimble, relentless leader and quick learner enough to tackle one of society’s largest emerging problems?

If you answer yes to all of the above, we might have one of the most interesting product roles out there, just for you.

We are Assured Allies and we are reinventing the products that help aging adults make later greater when they retire. We are already changing how hundreds of thousands of aging adults in the US age and we need a product wizard to do more.

Our NeverStop offering is disrupting the industry by adding a wellness program designed to reduce age-related disability to a retirement product.

We combine personalized health coaching, insurance coverage, and financial rewards so that our clients can secure both their health and independence at the same time as they’re securing their financial future.

Responsibilities

Lead an interdisciplinary team to develop the next generation of science-based wellness programs that help our members successfully age.

On a day-to-day you will need to do the following :

  • Collaborate with actuaries, data scientists, clinicians, developers, and internal operations teams and be able to make informed decisions based on their inputs even if you do not possess the background required and the conditions are uncertain or ambiguous.
  • Simplify choices and cut to the chase across multiple constraints and requirements.
  • Build a product from the ground up - research the market to define minimal Build-Measure-Learn cycles, create execution plans, and guide your team to deliver on time.
  • Explain (and challenge) why you are doing what you are doing and why now is the right time to do that.
  • Provide a clear and concise description of what needs to be done (including system flows and UX diagrams, requirements / stories, and standard operating procedures).
  • Know your users, their personas, and how to validate your assumptions with them.
  • Manage remote Agile R&D teams in our Israel office (requires air travel in the US and Israel).

Requirements

This senior position is open only to candidates with at least 5 years of product experience, most of which are in startups working on a B2C product.

  • 5+ years of relevant B2C product experience.
  • Proven ability to work with senior staff on the client side.
  • Proficiency in agile development methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering innovative products from concept to market.
  • Previously took an active part in monitoring market trends, and customer needs to continuously refine and enhance product offerings.
  • Experience working with financial, insurance orgs or insurtech, collaborating with the tech teams from these orgs - big advantage.
  • Previously owned the entire product life cycle, from conception to end-of-life decisions, ensuring products meet evolving market demands - big advantage.

Location - East Coast US, with strong preference to Boston Massachusetts.
