- Pediatric cardiothoracic anesthesiology fellowship required; Must have current ACLS certification
- Base salary of $500k; $50k sign-on bonus with 2-year commitment
- 8 days of call per month with additional pay
- Option for monthly fellowship stipend or lump sum
- Nonprofit practice qualifies for PSLF
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance included
- 403(b) retirement savings program, $3k annual CME stipend, 35 vacation days per year
