Job Details
- Candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers license will not be considered - please include a copy in submission.
- Banner has a specific cover page! PLEASE vet all locations to the travelers and add all experienced departments candidates are willing to ACCEPT / work in.
- This helps us get candidates presented quicker as we all know these orders open / close quick!
- Start Date should be on or very quickly after the Order Start Date listed.
- All RTO should be listed on the cover page, must be less than 7 days.
- RTO will not be approved in the first 2 weeks of assignment.
- All facilities the traveler is open to working in should be listed on the submission.
- If interested in 'any' location, please include what states (I.E. Any AZ, Any CO, Any state, etc.)
- All shifts the traveler is open to working on should be listed on the submission.
- All departments the traveler is open to working must be checked on the cover page.
- All candidates submitted should be preclosed and ready to accept.
- Please let us know if the traveler withdraws or is no longer available.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of current PCU experience - REQUIRED.
- Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross, active upon submission and INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION - REQUIRED.
- No Nursys Hits - REQUIRED.
- Travel experience - Preferred.
- PROFILE REQUIREMENTS.
- Banner Cover Page completely filled out.
- Resume with all facilities, facility size, beds, trauma level, and units listed.
- Skills Checklist specific to the discipline (must be less than a year old).
- Active License (verification must be less than 30 days old).
- Certifications (must be active at time of submission).
- Flu vaccination - Banner declinations can be applied for (reach out for forms).
