Compensation : $11 / hour + Tips

Reports to : General Manager

We’re looking for energetic, reliable, and team-oriented Bartenders and Food Runners  to join our growing restaurant group in the Lower East Side . This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment alongside a passionate team focused on delivering outstanding guest experiences.

What You’ll Do

Support Exceptional Service :  Maintain a guest-first mentality at all times.

Communicate with the Team : Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to support smooth operations and fast, friendly service.

Maintain Cleanliness : Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness in all guest areas including the dining room, service stations, and restrooms.

Stay Ready : Remain attentive and proactive throughout service—anticipating team and guest needs without being asked.

What We’re Looking For

Experience Preferred : Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right candidate with a great attitude and strong work ethic.

Team Player : A collaborative spirit who thrives in a busy, team-focused environment.

Strong Work Ethic : Punctual, reliable, and always ready to jump in wherever needed.

Positive Attitude : Friendly, professional, and focused on creating a welcoming experience for every guest.

Flexible Availability : Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
