A company is looking for a Service Advisor, Heavy Truck Maintenance.Key Responsibilities : Review and approve / deny repair requests from truck repair shops based on client policiesRespond to incoming calls from drivers and suppliers, resolving inquiries related to repairs and roadside eventsNegotiate repairs on behalf of clients using technical knowledgeRequired Qualifications : Prior experience as a mechanic or service advisor specializing in diesel enginesActive ASE Certification preferred, or willingness to obtain it within 12 months of employmentHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionAvailability to work evenings, 1 day per weekend, and holidays
