About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Recruiter to take ownership of our revenue-generating roles. This individual will collaborate with stakeholders and department leaders to develop and implement hiring strategies that attract and secure the best and brightest customer-facing talent in the market.

Reporting to the VP Talent, you will be a trusted partner in our hiring process, driven to give Veza a human capital advantage in our marketplace.

You Will

• Drive recruiting strategy and execution, managing the recruiting process, and executing recruiting KPIs.
• Be hands-on with end-to-end recruitment; from defining job descriptions and sourcing candidates, to negotiating offers and welcoming your new hires.
• Use your compelling communication skills to help us differentiate Veza's identity as an employer of choice to prospective candidates and think creatively about attracting a diverse candidate pool.
• Leverage our ATS (Greenhouse) as a source of truth and collaboration tool throughout the hiring process to improve recruitment efficiencies and enhance the candidate experience.
• Champion an amazing candidate experience, always thinking from the candidate's perspective and treating people with care throughout the interview process.
• Impact the trajectory and broader success of the organization.

You have

• 8+ years of agency and in-house recruitment experience.
• Demonstrated GTM recruitment experience with high collaboration with hiring teams.
• High velocity recruitment experience for a next-generation tech startup; cybersecurity experience is ideal.
• Experience hiring across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, with depth hiring Enterprise Account Executives.

At Veza, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. For this position, the reasonably expected pay range can be discussed with your recruiter for the level at which this job has been scoped.

Your base pay will depend on several factors, including your experience, qualifications, education, location, and skills.

In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for equity and a competitive benefits package.
