Atwell is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead land development projects and client relationships in our Costa Mesa office. You'll take on an existing book of business and be empowered to grow it.

If you're a licensed PE with strong technical and leadership skills, and you're ready to take full ownership of your clients, projects, and teamthis is your seat at the table.

What You'll Do :

• Lead a team of 6+ engineers delivering site development for single-family, multifamily, and build-to-rent projects
• Manage grading, stormwater design, permitting, and QA / QC
• Be the primary contact for clientsown communication, build trust, and expand relationships
• Oversee budgets, timelines, and deliverables across multiple projects
• Drive business development by identifying new opportunities and growing key accounts
• Mentor junior staff and shape technical excellence across your team
