Description :
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Houston, TX. The SLP will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders, working collaboratively with healthcare professionals and families to support client success.
Requirements :
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Texas state license or eligibility for licensure.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), or in the process of obtaining.
- Previous experience in a clinical or educational setting preferred.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet client needs and goals.
- Provide therapy services in various settings including clinics, schools, and homes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including educators, physicians, and caregivers.
- Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress reports, and treatment plans.
