Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers (recruiters, job seekers) via email, phone, and chat, delivering excellent customer service.
- Assist users with account setup, job postings, application tracking, and resolving any technical or account issues.
- Provide guidance on how to best use RapidHires’ platform features and services.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, tech support, etc.) to address complex customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure issues are escalated when necessary.
- Collect and document feedback from users to help improve our services.
- Work towards improving the overall customer experience and increasing user satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in tech or recruitment-related industries.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with learning new software and technologies quickly.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle high-volume requests efficiently.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes or job boards is a plus.
