What you WOULD do as a CUSTOMER SERVICE / CALL CENTER Representative

As a Customer Service / Call Center Representative at Christian Community Credit Union, you will play a vital role in proactively educating members on CCCU products and services.

Utilizing your product knowledge and excellent communication skills, you will engage in rapport dialogue to effectively showcase how our account types can benefit our members.

By providing exceptional service across various communication channels such as phone, email, chat, and SMS, you will ensure that every member interaction exceeds expectations.

Your responsibilities will also include assisting members with a wide range of transactions, addressing inquiries, and problem-solving to guarantee a seamless banking experience for all.

What matters most

To excel in the role of Customer Service / Call Center Representative at Christian Community Credit Union, candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have at least one year of experience in a customer service role within the banking or credit union industry.

Strong cross-selling skills are essential, along with excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in working with computers, following instructions, and working in a fast-paced environment is necessary.

Candidates should also demonstrate good telephone etiquette, math aptitude, and typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.

Effective communication, both verbal and written, is paramount for delivering exceptional service and fostering positive member relationships.
