We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our vibrant team in Carlsbad, CA. This role provides a wonderful opportunity for a skilled professional to develop and apply their expertise in a supportive and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assess and treat individuals with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
- Implement personalized therapy plans to meet the needs of diverse patient populations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to integrate speech therapy with overall patient care.
- Engage in continuous education to remain current with the latest treatment techniques and practices.
Qualifications :
- Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in California.
- Certificate of Clinical petence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent munication abilities.
