About Our Client :

Our client is a prominent non-profit organization, looking to add an Employee Relations Specialist to their team.

Job Description :

We are seeking a dedicated Employee Relations Specialist to join our client’s HR team. This role will be instrumental in managing employee relations matters and promoting a supportive work environment aligned with the organization’s mission.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Partner management and staff on employee relations issues, conducting investigations and facilitating conflict resolution.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement effective performance management strategies.
  • Design and execute employee engagement initiatives, conducting surveys and stay interviews to assess satisfaction and address concerns.
  • Assist in the development and enforcement of HR policies, ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws.
  • Gather and analyze employee relations data and generate reports and conclusions to inform leadership decision-making.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources preferred, or a related field.
  • Human Resource Certifications preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in employee relations or HR roles with a proven track record in complex issue resolution.
  • Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and compliance.
  • Strong conflict resolution and analytical skills.
