SUMMARY :
This position is responsible for managing the sales depart
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
Follow up on yesterdays leads.
Train, coach, and grow sales team members on Lazydays culture and selling system.
Take TOs in person and over the phone to help close deals.
Know what every member of your team is doing on a daily basis.
Encourage growth in your teams careers.
Talk positive all the time, set a great example.
Drive monthly unit and profit forecasts.
Maintain an 80 or better DPS score.
Work closely and as a team, with the Property, F&I, Parts and Service departments.
Attend weekly and quarterly L10 meetings.
Prepare required reports.
Attend all company required meetings

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :
Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend English
Must have excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience in both sales management and finance.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
Availability to work in excess of 50 hours a week including nights and weekends with little to no advance notice.
Flexibility to cover changing work schedules as needed.
Ability to repeatedly bend, stoop, reach, climb stairs, push, and pull.
Must be able to stand / walk for extended periods of time.
Ability to sit and work on a computer, looking at a monitor for extended periods of time.
Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
EDUCATION :
High School diploma or equivalent
COMPUTER SKILLS :
Knowledge of company software systems.
Intermediate skills with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
