About The Position
ID : 63714319 Shift : 10H Days 10 hour days plus call Description : Unit : OR Tech / Surg Tech*Certifications Required : BLS (Preferred : CST)- # of Suites : 6- Average # of cases per day : Over 400 per month- Common Cases : Adults and Peds, We are a mix of mainly outpatient procedures including ortho (including total joints and sports med), general, obgyn, robotic, plastics, ENT, Urology, hands, podiatry, breast reconstructions- Experience or 'Must have' skills : Must be able to handle total joints, robotics, general laparoscopic cases, urology, hand and foot, breast cases including reconstructions- Is there a manager / Charge Nurse on each shift Does the charge nurse take an assignment : No- EMR : EPIC- Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling Block scheduling) : 0630-1700 / / OR supervisor will make schedule- Weeknight / Call Requirements : 6-7 call shifts per month- Weekend / Call Requirements : 2-3 weekends in a 13 week contract- Holiday / Call Requirements : Depending on needs at least 1 holiday call per year- Scrub Color / Dress Code : Provided- How many shifts of unit / department specific orientation : 1-3 days- Additional Notes : Great people / culture, growing volumes, the engagement of staff, anesthesia, and surgeons to make this the best OR in our region.

Radius Rule : 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and / or Dignity.
RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
