What We Offer : Competitive Compensation : Earn between $33.00 - $45.00 per massage service hour (THIS IS BEFORE TIPS) .
This is a combination of clocked-in wages and commission. Hourly and commission rates are based on your skill level and experience, with additional commission opportunities for specialized services like CBD, Cupping, and Hot Salt Stones.
Flexible Shifts : Whether you're seeking full-time or part-time opportunities, we offer shifts ranging from 4 to 6.5 hours, with the option to work one or both weekend days.
Working both weekend days is an additional commission. Plus, enjoy paid turnover time for all clients and annual raises guaranteed!
Comprehensive Benefits : From paid sick time for everyone and health insurance partially covered for full-time therapists (30+ hours per week), access to Dental and Vision, and a 401k plan for those who qualify, we've got you covered.

Requirements : Must hold a valid massage therapy license and insurance in the state of Colorado. Must be reliable, respectful, and have a professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
Must have the ability to provide varying levels of pressure during massages, including Deep Tissue techniques. While experience in the massage industry is preferred, we welcome passionate newcomers to join our team.
