My Client is growing and looking for talented, growth-minded, and hard-working entry-level sales individuals in their Ft.

Lauderdale office! The role is hybrid (Mon-Thurs in the office and WFH on Friday). You will learn, grow, and succeed with the right work ethic.

They support multiple Fortune 1000 customers and focus on relationships first. Don't worry. No, IT experience is needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Recruiter, you will build long-lasting, personal, and professional talent networks with potential consultants. We create a next-level experience through the hiring process as they source and screen for qualified candidates to match them with opportunities where they can succeed.

Recruiters advocate for their candidates to be accessible and genuine and take the time to understand how they can add value to their job search and interview process.

• Collaborate with our sales team to determine the Client's hiring needs
• Help develop a strategy to identify niche-skilled candidates that meet expectations
• Qualify candidates through an intensive internal interview process before presenting a candidate to external clients. This includes phone, in-person, and virtual interviews
• Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to suit open positions best
• Provide resume coaching, mock interviewing, job offer assistance, and interview feedback to candidates
• Handle a variety of activities daily, as well as the challenge of new problems and new ventures
• Provide extensive onboarding and post-placement support to create raving fans in our consultants throughout their project assignments with our clients
• Consistently hit their weekly metric goals of phone calls, interviews, and placements
• Set personal and team goals through frequent goal sessions with your manager and recruiter support

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Learn our internal processes for client delivery and recruitment management

Sourcing and speaking with potential candidates and consultants

Schedule and coordinate candidates for client interviews, first day, etc.

Generate your leads and build your book of business

Set meetings, crush goals, and promote yourself based on merit

Maintain relationships with Managers, Directors & C-Suite level executives

Promote the Client's brand and reputation

Collaborate daily on goals and outcomes and ensure you are on the right track to success
