Responsibilities :
Plansorganizes and manages CyberOps activities under their purview toensure the daytoday operations are aligned to meet theorganizations goals andtargets
Mange personnel resourcesand schedules to ensure appropriate staffing levels for efficientservice delivery
Provides projectperformance measurement criteria on a daily weekly monthlyquarterly and / or annual basis including analyzing statistical datato optimize staffing
Oversees theoperation of project resources including but not limited to thetools used to support the contractedfunctions
Confers with customerson strategic issues and maximizes efficiency in achieving taskorder cost schedule and technical quality parameters includingidentifying and ensuring the effectiveness of any correctiveactions
Maintains a collaborativeand cooperative working relationship with the multiple contractorssupporting customer requirements to ensure compliance with allFederal DHS DOD and local regulations policies and instructions andintegration of business processes and procedures to provide thebest value to the government
Makescontinuous improvement recommendations to the customer on theoperation of the contractedfunctions
Provides personnelmanagerial oversight performance goal identification andperformance reviews
Coordinateswith the Program Manager and government IA leadership to ensurequality of service deliverables and prompt resolution of identifiedproblems or shortfalls to ensure highquality projectperformance
Serves as the primaryinterface to the customer for Cyber OPs servicedelivery
Provides and briefs (asrequested) a monthly progress report to the Contracting OfficersRepresentative concerning the status of initiatives and daytodaytasking staff training and actual performance compared toestablished quantitative and qualitativestandards
Tracks and maintainsfunctional area hardware and software (tool) baselines for assetsrequired to support the serviceline
Responds to adhoc IA datacalls as directed by thegovernment
Provides leadershipmanagement planning coordination and collaboration for the CyberOps services / servicerequirements :
Vulnerabilityscanning vulnerability analysis security technical implementationguideline (STIG) guidance and remediationvalidation
Incident responseassessment evidence preservation data spill containment anderadication of malware virusesetc.
HostBased Security Services(HBSS) : ensure systems are CCRI / CORA compliant review and approvalrecommendations for antivirus exclusions HIPS exceptions andfirewall rules for servers andworkstations
Security Informationand Event Management (SIEM) : monitoring and correlation of dailyevents system log review
Ensureswork is accomplished within schedule andbudget
Provides After ActionReports (AAR) for any events with lessons learned andrecommendations
Continues toevaluate evolving DHS and DoD requirements and ensure compliancethrough the serviceprocesses
Collaborates with peersto identify process improvement opportunities and business processalignment to provide the best value to thegovernment
RequiredQualifications
BachelorsDegree or higher in an Information Technology field or equivalentwork experience
IAM II or IATLevel III Security Certification in accordance with DoD8570.01M

Five (5) years of directexperience in an IT / Service Management environment includinghandson experience in the areas of Information Assurance andProject Management
PreferredQualifications
IATLevel III Security Certification in accordance with DoD 8570.01MInformation Assurance Workforce Improvement Program; CISSP or CASPCE certification in goodstanding
Bachelors degree orhigher in IT
Experience inIT / Service Management frameworks and methodologies stronglypreferred (e.g. ITIL CMMIISO)
Experience and familiaritywith DevSecOps principles especially in terms of secure coding bestpractices
Three (3) or more yearsof experience managing and administering IA services tasks orprojects including supervision of multidisciplinary IA projectteams preferred
Project ManagementProfessional (PMP) Certification is highlydesirable
