Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team in Baltimore. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in general maintenance and be proficient in drywall, painting, electric, and plumbing.
Key Responsibilities : Perform routine maintenance tasks, including drywall repair, painting, light electrical work, and plumbing.
Troubleshoot and repair issues in a timely manner. Conduct inspections of buildings and systems to identify and resolve problems.
Maintain maintenance logs and report on daily activities. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Assist with other maintenance-related tasks as needed.
Requirements : Minimum of 1 year of experience in maintenance or a related field. Proficiency in drywall, painting, electrical, and plumbing tasks.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
