Role Overview
We are seeking two passionate and bilingual / biliterate Special Education Teachers to join our preschool team in Boulder, CO.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for preschool students.
- Provide specialized instruction tailored to the needs of each child.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and specialists to support student progress.
- Conduct assessments to monitor student development and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Create a positive and engaging classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and growth.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Facilitate smooth transitions for students between various educational settings.
Qualifications
- Valid Early Childhood Special Education Teacher license in the State of Colorado.
- Bilingual / biliterate in Spanish and English.
- Experience working with preschool-aged children, preferably in a special education setting.
- Strong understanding of early childhood development and learning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
