Technical Project Manager

The Opportunity :

You know that project managers touch every single part of a business and wear multiple hats : from caring for the client and their meaningful project goals to participating in business development and being a key contributor to their employees' growth.

In this role, you'll use Agile development to deliver digital solutions. You'll work closely with clients to define requirements and implement new capabilities.

You'll move quickly in an exciting and fluid environment to establish project milestones, and implement metrics to track progress, while working together with your team to make a tangible difference.

You Have :

  • 10+ years of experience managing technical projects
  • 5+ years of experience with software development methodologies
  • Experience applying Agile Methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
  • Experience managing scope, meeting deadlines, assisting with budget planning, and meeting budgetary guidelines
  • Experience staffing and allocating resources on teams
  • Experience working with all levels of leadership
  • Experience with direct management in supporting services and information management operations
  • Experience providing project management and technical direction to project personnel
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability / Fitness determination based on client requirements
  • Bachelor's degree

  • Scrum Master Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
