Project Manager

Description :

We are looking for an exceptional project manager to create a home within our delivery organization.You will report to the head of User Study Delivery and work on a variety of projects from our given clients.

You are the first person a client will see when starting the project and you will work with the client each step of the way to ensure a strong delivery.

You may be in charge of site leads and moderators for your respective projects and they will take guidance from you. Your ability to communicate both internally and to your clients is critical for project success.

You know what right looks like. You also know what wrong looks like and you are not afraid to communicate this internally as well as to clients.

You are great at convincing others, in a professional setting, with data and clear / concise communication. You understand what KPIs they are concerned about and able to proactively relay green, yellow and red flags.

Day to Day :

Project Scoping For projects we may not have won, you would contribute your expertise and knowledge to help build strong proposals. (10% of time)

Project Management The bulk of your work is managing projects in execution. (80%)

• Attending Daily and Popup meetings with your internal team and client partners
• Keeping track of all action items and working them to completion. Used to using common project management SaaS tools
• If vendor is involved, managing the vendor relationship and ensuring they are supported to flawlessly execute as well as tracking your action items to them
• Troubleshoot simple and complex issues and know when to reach out for help, whether it be internally or to our clients
• Keeping the Client regularly informed of the things they care about and anticipate new things that they should care about
• Work with cross functional partners like HR, Recruiting, Marketing, finance, and keeping them up to date with requested action items.

You will have to work cross functionally for a number of projects, as there would be Staffing, digital marketing, finance, etc.

At the beginning of projects, you may visit the site to check out your site leads and moderators.

Client Relationships (10% of the time)

Other than your normal project management duties, there may be opportunity to meet with clients for Lunches / coffee chats.

This is two fold - Assuming you are delivering strongly, this will continue to reinforce your position with the client and this can also help our sales team to better understand what is on the horizon for future business.

Requirements :

• 3-5 years relevant experience
• Bachelors degree and / or certificates in relevant accredidations
• Available for a full time, salaried role
• Has worked as a project manager in a services company and was client facing
