Overview
This organization is looking for an Clinical (RN) Assistant Manager to oversee operations in Portland. This role requires an innovative, entrepreneurial spirit as well as a passion for continually improvement.

This Assistant Clinical RN Manager will play a crucial part in overseeing the team and day to day activities.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Manager of Operations in managing day-to-day operations in Oregon
- Assist in building up the team to achieve the growth goals
- Coordinate immediate care interventions and communicate effectively with the care team
- Coach, develop and manage a team of patient navigators
- Maintain strict compliance with healthcare regulations, company policies, and industry standards
- Assist with documenting and developing best practices and training material
- Train, supervise, and evaluate caregivers and other healthcare staff, ensuring adherence to high standards of care
- Regularly review and adjust client care plans based on ongoing health evaluations
Qualifications and Skills
- Valid and active RN license in the state of OR
- 2+ years experience of professional or management experience in a health-related field or program
- Experience using a CRM
- Ability to provide support to patients in the Portland and surrounding areas
- Experience working with a start-up preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish, or other languages preferred
- Able to thrive in a fast paced environment
Schedule : Monday - Friday (9 : 00AM - 6 : 00PM)
Compensation : $60,000 - $75,000 Annually
