St. Patricks Home Rehabilitation andHealth Care is actively seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor forthe Night Shift for our SkilledNursing Facility in the BronxNY .

Duties :

Maintain nursing guidelines by writing and updatingpolicies and procedures
Complete Resident carerequirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff
Establish a compassionate environment by providingsupport to Residents and their families
Provide information to Residents and Staff by answeringquestions and requests
Maintain safe and cleanworking environment by following procedures rules andregulations
Maintain Resident confidence bymonitoring confidential information processing
Maintain documentation of Resident care services byauditing Resident and department records
Maintain nursing supplies inventory and otherresponsibilities as required

Requirements :

Must hold valid RNLicense
Long Term Care Experience
Basic computer skills
Excellentcommunication skills and strong team player
