Physical Therapist - Full time ($5,000 Sign on Bonus)

Our elite team of acute care professionals treats medically complex patients requiring extended acute care treatment.

Staff physical therapists are expected to provide physical therapy services as prescribed by a physician in an acute care setting.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to performance of initial comprehensive P.T. evaluations, formulation of P.
T. plan of care and goals, implementation of appropriate therapeutic activities to ensure maximal functional outcomes, management of support staff, and ongoing evaluation and coordination of patient needs with the healthcare team.

Salary range based on years of experience
Education / Experience :
- Education Successful graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Masters degree preferred
- Experience Two years of experience in an acute care setting preferred.
- Licensure Active State Physical Therapy license
- Certifications BLS required
