We're seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant who is passionate about supporting others, thrives in a collaborative environment, and takes pride in accuracy and follow-through. In this role, you'll be an integral part of our HR team, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to VH's ongoing success.

What You'll Bring

• 2–3 years of HR experience in a midsized organization, with a strong understanding of HR operations.
• Hands-on HRIS experience with UKG (required); ability to confidently navigate, update, and generate reports within the system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of employment-related laws, particularly the FLSA.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer service mindset and positive, professional demeanor.
