Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who is personable, detail-oriented, and solution-driven for a position at a Metal Store in Pflugerville.
You'll interact with customers in-store, over the phone, and via email to fulfill orders and address inquiries. With opportunities for growth, comprehensive training, and a positive team environment, this role offers competitive wages and benefits.
Responsibilities :
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
Manage order requests and quotes promptly and accurately
Build rapport with customers, fostering trust and loyalty
Identify sales leads and support sales targets
Maintain stock control and manage budgets
Handle transactions and update customer information in our system
Details :
Position : Permanent Full Time
Hours : Monday to Friday, regular business hours (7 : 30-5 : 00)
Salary : $17.39 - $20.94 per hour
Benefits : 401(k), on-the-job training, paid time off
Requirements :
Minimum one year of customer service experience preferred Basic computer skills, including MS Office Clear communication and strong listening skills Fluency in English;
Spanish proficiency is a plus Mathematically inclined
