About The Position
Job Title : Certified Surgical Technician Job Specialty : Certified Surgical Technician (ENT, Vascular, and Thoracic) Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : 06 : 45 AM - 07 : 30 PM Guaranteed Hours : Information Not Provided Experience : Information Not Provided License : Basic Life Support (BLS) Certifications : Certified Surgical Technician Must-Have : Ability to scrub in ENT, Vascular, and Thoracic surgeries.
- Willingness to take call, work weekends, and work holidays. Job Description : Work in an academic hospital setting that is a level 1 trauma center.
- Participate in surgical procedures across multiple specialties, except burns.- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and optimal surgical outcomes.
- Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to infection control protocols.- Assist surgeons during procedures by providing necessary instruments and supplies.
- Ensure all surgical instruments are properly handled and cared for.- Demonstrate effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.
