Family Services Specialist III - H14C
Annual Salary : $44,.80 +
Travel is Occasional. Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain required car insurance.
This is a full-time position in an office setting.
Minimum Qualifications :
Family Services Specialist III
- Master’s degree
- OR a bachelor’s degree and one year of experience in professional social work.
- OR an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one additional year of experience in professional social work for each year of the bachelor’s degree.
Job Responsibilities
- This position is assigned responsibility for providing social services to children and adults in the refugee community.
- Duties include evaluating needs, assisting clients through problem resolution, making referrals to other service organizations, and completing eligibility determinations for various social service and assistance programs.
- Providing guidance and assistance regarding laws, policies, and procedures related to social safety net programs.
Preference may be given to candidate who is bilingual.
