We are on the lookout for a seasoned Real Estate Office Manager equipped with a California real estate sales license and extensive knowledge in residential real estate sales.
Taking on the role of Office Manager, your main duties will involve overseeing all administrative functions of the office, including transaction coordination, development of marketing strategies, updating CRM systems, and delivering exceptional client service.
Additionally, you will be in charge of managing office supplies and equipment. The ideal candidate for this position will possess exceptional organizational and communication abilities, a strong willingness to handle diverse tasks, and the ability to thrive in a high-energy setting.

Prior experience in real estate is a must-have for this role.
Compensation :
$22 - $25 / hour based on experience
Responsibilities :
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following :
- Listing Management (Listing to Contract)
- Transaction Coordination (Contract to Closing)
- Marketing and Database Support
- Administrative Support
- Agent Recruiting
Qualifications :
- 2+ years experience in residential real estate on the residential real estate sales front with a passion for real estate and a track record of success in transaction coordination and / or team support!
- Exceptional leadership, customer service, and organizational skills
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Lead by example, both independently and collaboratively, and experience mentoring a team to reach their full potential
- Experience working with a wide range of stakeholders, including agents, clients, and the public, and must have a friendly, outgoing personality
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, e-mail, social media platforms, and CRM communication
- Must be able to work Monday through Friday in-office with some flexibility for quarterly events, etc.
- Must be local to the position or willing to relocate
- Current CA real estate salesperson license
