Responsibilities
- 7 days on call rotation every 4-5 weeks, will be traveling throughout surrounding areas.
- Ability to explain the function, operating characteristics, and appropriate applications of automation control loops as found in direct digital, analog electronic, electric, and pneumatic commercial control systems.
- Ability to utilize general-purpose software and specific building automation software to monitor and control a building HVACR system and building electrical systems.
- Applying safe practices to the installation and troubleshooting of modern building automation systems
- Install or Repair Work Orders
- Provide Customer Support
- Mentor and Train Jr. Field Service Representatives
YOU MUST HAVE
- High School Diploma, or equivalent
- 5+ years of field experience in HVAC controls.
- Valid driver's license.
- Willing to travel within service area.
WE VALUE
- NICET I or II certification.
- 1+ years of field experience in fire controls or mechanical inspections.
- Previous technical / installation experience.
- Displays industry professionalism such as work ethic, communication, and time-management.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Good written and oral communication.
- Ability to follow instructions and identify mistakes.
- Bachelor's degree or technical / professional certification
