Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)

Opportunities in : Fort Collins, Longmont, Loveland, Greeley, Firestone and surrounding areas

Compensation : $50-$150 per visit (dependent on visit type), PLUS mileageand travel compensation

Status : Full Time or Part-Time (Part time Minimum Expectation of 5 visits or 10 hours per week)

On average, our full time RN's make between $75,000 and $85,000 a year

As a Home Health Registered Nurse, heres a big-picture view of what youll do :

• Provide home-based care to patients with illnesses, injuries and chronic diseasesoften after discharge from a hospital, rehab or nursing facility
• Work with a team of physicians and oversee LPNs, CNAs and aides providing patient care
• Examine patients, do assessments, document progress and report changes to their physician
• Educate patients on their plan of care, prescribed medication, therapy, diet and exercise
• Coach family members on the patients plan of care, medication and home safety
• Ensure goals are met and coordinate discharge from services

A few must-haves for Home Health Registered Nurses :

• Active Registered Nurse (RN)License in Colorado
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• At least 1200 hours of experience as an RN
• Health care CPR / BLS Certified (demonstration course required)
• Home health care experiencepreferred
• Pass a background check and drug test (we are required to test for THC)
• No Covid Vaccination Required
