Due to continued growth and expansion into the market, we are currently accepting applications for Local Truck Driver CDL A Route Delivery Drivers to work in our distribution warehouse within 30 miles of Whitestown, IN.

CompensationAverage annual salary $85,000-$95,000 per year which includes : * Hourly wage of $28.00 per hour* $5,000 sign-on bonus paid $1,250 per quarter* Overtime paid after 40 hours per week* Typical work week is 48-55 hours per week* Weekly paychecksBenefits* Medical, Dental, Vision, and Voluntary Life* PTO (Personal and Vacation Days)* Paid Holidays* Career advancement opportunitiesWork Schedule* 4-6 day work weeks* Weekends and some Holidays included but off at least 2 weekends per month* Work week starts Sunday night.

Off every Saturday night and one other night during the week* Start times vary, typically 7pm-10pm; work until work is completed, usually 10-12 hours per day* No layovers, home every day* Make 3-7 stops per dayResponsibilities* Route delivery, driver unload, lift-gate, pallet jack, curve ramp, and 2-wheel hand cart* Touch freight, case delivery of food-grade products to Chipotle restaurants* Drive CDL A day cabs with 36'- 42' pup trailers to transport materials and equipment to specific route destinations* Secure pallets using straps.

Strap and unstrap at each delivery.* Document pre-trip and post-trip inspections* Manage hours of service (HOS) and ensure DOT compliance* Use of keys, alarm codes, tablets, etc.

for overnight deliveries* Provide excellent customer service* Checking mechanical aspects of the vehicle* Reporting maintenance / repair issues on tractors and trailersRequirements* New CDL graduates encourage to apply! No CDL experience necessary* Prior local route delivery experience highly preferred* Local, multiple-stop delivery using hand-cart, ramp, pallet jack* Current DOT Medical Card and be able to pass pre-employment DOT drug and criminal background screen* Hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver s License, with air brakes endorsement.

Familiar with Samsara systems a plus but will train* Be in excellent physical condition and be able to stand, sit, kneel, bend, lift, push, pull for extended periods and have normal use of senses* Able to work in all types of environments and under difficult conditions;
