Customer Service Representative

Job Summary :

Vaco is hiring on behalf of our client for a Customer Service position. In this role , you will provide exceptional customer support by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and processing orders.

You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely service and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Process and confirm purchase orders using SAP
• Process orders and ensure accurate data entry.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary.
• Handle invoicing, order documentation, and customer account management
• Provide product, pricing, and order status information.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure prompt service.
• Assist with returns, exchanges, and general customer account management.

Qualifications :

• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
• licensure and certification requirements;
• office location and other geographic considerations;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
