Certified Radiology Technologist - (RAD Tech)

StartDate : 11 / 4 / 2024 Available Shifts : 8 D Pay Rate : $2039.03 - $2349.32

Rad Tech needed asap for 13 weeks8 : 00am-4 : 30 pm Critical radiology coverage for service needed OR, ORTHO, ED, etc Staffing needed to cover 24 / 7 radiology services.

Current staffing levels at critical low levelPerforms and / or assists with various types of radiologic procedures, following protocolsestablished by the radiologists.

Prepares, maintains, and operates radiographic equipment in a safe and responsiblemanner. Follows appropriate radiation safety guidelines.

Produces qualityradiographs for interpretation by a radiologist. RequirementsEducation High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)Non-Degree Program : Graduate from a two-year AMA approved radiologic technology program.

Required)Experience 1 Year experience in radiology (Preferred)License / Certifications BLS - Basic Life Support (Required)ARRT - Amer Reg Radiologic Technologist (Required)All placements at Temple Health either need to be vaccinated or have an agency approved medical or religious exemption for COVID-19.

Certifications : BLS-AHA; R-American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
